By creating an account or accessing the Macro Impact Capital ("MIC") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Educational Purposes Only

The information, market analyses, and trading calls provided on the MIC platform are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the platform's content as such.

Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to premium features (including Live Institutional Calls) requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as determined by your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Code of Conduct

During live sessions and across the platform, you agree to act professionally. Harassment, disruption of broadcasts, sharing of proprietary links, or any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MIC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
